About the role
We are seeking a Practice Development Analyst to support Learning for Life teams with the embedding of the Learning for Life Practice Frameworks and enhancing practice. Reporting to the Senior Practice Development Analyst and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:
- Develop and facilitate capacity development initiatives to improve embedding of the School and Family Practice Frameworks
- Analyse data sets to understand variance in practice and where to target practice support
- Develop practice resources
- Identify ways to engage a greater number of Lfl team members in practice resources
- Coordinate cross functionality to align best practice with policies, systems and structures
About you
As well as passion for community, you will bring the following:
- Qualification in a Social Service/Community Development related discipline and/or at least five years’ experience in a relevant role
- Knowledge and experience of working in community using a partnership approach
- Development of learning resources that enhance practice
- Experience in using and analysing data to drive improvements in service delivery
- Ability to build positive relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
