About the role
We are seeking an Office Manager to deliver consistent, high quality corporate services across South Australia, aligned to national policies, systems and service standards. Reporting to the National Corporate Services & Relations Manager, and working closely with local and national teams, you will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, financial integrity, workplace safety and a strong service culture across multiple sites. You will:
- Manage day to day office operations across all SA sites, ensuring facilities, assets, records and contracts meet national standards
- Coordinate corporate services support including onboarding, office inductions, events, forums and meetings
- Prepare and monitor Corporate Services budgets, process expenses and support financial compliance
- Oversee workplace health and safety administration, audits, inspections and incident reporting
- Champion service excellence, continuous improvement and national alignment across Corporate Services
About you
As well as passion for community, you will bring the following:
- Certificate IV in Business or equivalent experience
- Office management experience, including financial processing and administrative coordination
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands across multiple sites
- Excellent communication skills, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and digital collaboration tools
- Experience working in diverse or community focused environments
