About the role

 

We are seeking a Partnership Development Manager to develop strategic, purpose-driven corporate partnerships. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partnership Development, and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:

 

  • Develop the partnership development strategy and approach for new corporate partnerships
  • Remain abreast of innovations and evolution in the CSR/ESG space
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Utilise AI to improve ways of working

 

 

About you

 

As well as passion for community, you will bring the following:

 

  • Minimum five years' experience in business development, partnerships, or relationship management – nonprofit experience is highly regarded
  • Proven experience in pitching and presenting to C-suite stakeholders or Senior management
  • Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Experience in social or consultative solution selling
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and partnership tracking
