Are you a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and collaboration? We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help deliver impactful fundraising campaigns across all our individual giving portfolios.

 

 

About the role

 

As a Marketing Coordinator (Shared), you’ll play a key role in supporting the development and execution of mass marketing initiatives that support our individual giving programs. Working across teams, you’ll coordinate campaign logistics, manage content production, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. This is a shared role, reporting to Campaign Operations Manager, offering a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and gain exposure to diverse marketing projects. Working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:

 

  • Coordinate marketing appeal, retention & community fundraising campaigns across all channels
  • Support fundraising content creation including design briefing, copywriting and asset management
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
  • Use data and analytics to inform fundraising campaign strategy, track performance, and continuously improve marketing outcomes

 

 

About you

 

You’re a proactive and organised marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring attention to detail, creativity and a collaborative spirit to everything you do. As well as passion for community, you will bring the following:

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns and content production
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft office suite, digital marketing tools and platforms
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow
