About the role

 

We are seeking a Dynamics CRM Technical Lead to join our team. Reporting to the Enterprise Platforms Manager and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:

 

  • Lead on implementation of technology-enabled business solutions to meet The Smith Family’s business goals and objectives
  • Provide thought leadership with excellent communication and consulting skills
  • Recommend process improvements to grow DevOps maturity
  • Influence Microsoft best practices and standards and keeping ‘No code Low code’ consideration whilst designing and building a solution
  • Perform hands-on work to optimise and automate deployment process for the Dynamics 365 and Power platform work releases on non-production and production environments
  • Provide mentoring, supervision and guidance to less experienced members of Dynamics 365 development team

 

 

About you

 

As well as passion for community, you will bring the following:

 

  • 8+ years development experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 using ASP.NET, C#, Web forms and JavaScript
  • 4+ Years of hands-on experience in designing and developing Power Platform solutions
  • Experience in Azure Cloud, iPaaS, Server less and SaaS architecture and advanced skills and knowledge implementing solutions using Azure functions, API Management, Azure Service Bus, Logic App, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory
  • Integration experience with other Microsoft and Non-Microsoft products using APIs and/or other 3rd party products
  • Advanced skills and experience developing solutions using Power Automate, Power App, Power Portal and Power BI
  • Supervisory and management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with staff at all levels in the organisation
  • Strong problem solving skills and accountability for work outcomes
  • Respect for individual differences and dignity
