About the role

 

We are seeking a Digital Creative Production Lead - a highly organised, collaborative and detail-oriented digital creative specialist who can bring campaign ideas to life across social, display, video, native, Performance Max and Google Ads channels.

 

This role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of digital creative assets for The Smith Family’s fundraising campaigns and appeals. Acting as the bridge between campaign strategy and creative delivery, you will translate campaign requirements into clear briefs, coordinate production with internal stakeholders and external agencies, and ensure all creative outputs meet brand, channel and campaign objectives.

 

In this role, you will:

 

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital creative assets across fundraising appeals, ensuring assets are delivered on time, on brief, on brand and ready for agreed digital channels
  • Develop and maintain templates, protocols and resources that clearly communicate channel-specific creative requirements and improve consistency across digital delivery
  • Manage external creative agency relationships throughout production, providing clear and timely feedback to ensure assets meet the brief, brand standards, channel specifications and agreed deadlines
  • Build positive and productive relationships across Marketing, Campaigns, Content, Digital Media, Direct Marketing and Fundraising teams
  • Analyse creative performance metrics and apply learnings to future digital campaigns to improve audience engagement, campaign delivery and fundraising results
  • Propose and lead digital fundraising creative experiments using research, creative trends and campaign insights
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify best-practice approaches for high-performing video and creative assets across key digital channels
  • Collaborate with the Digital Media & Advertising Manager and Social Media Campaign Manager to develop content ideas that support digital campaign strategy and fundraising objectives
  • Support the ongoing optimisation of creative production processes and workflows within the Digital Campaigns team
  • Provide campaign administration support during peak periods, including supplier coordination, reporting inputs and invoice processing

 

 

About You

 

You are a proactive and solutions-focused digital creative production specialist who enjoys turning campaign strategy into effective digital creative. You are highly organised, comfortable managing competing timelines, and confident working with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative assets.

 

You will have:

  • Three years experience in a digital media, digital content, marketing or creative production management role
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Demonstrated experience managing third-party suppliers to deliver work on time and cost-effectively
  • Intermediate understanding of the digital advertising landscape, particularly social, display, native, video, Performance Max and Google Ads
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain brand and creative consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and deliver to agreed timelines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies
  • Understanding of digital advertising channel requirements across social, display, video and other digital platforms
