About the role

 

We are seeking a Customer Administration Coordinator to join a busy, high functioning team in the National Office. Reporting to the Team Leader, Customer Administration and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will: 

 

  • Process correspondence from Sponsors to Students
  • Maintain accurate record keeping
  • Cover reception when required
  • Assist with administration enquiries
  • Assist with the mail table, processing incoming and outgoing mail

 

 

About you

 

As well as passion for community, your background and skills could include:

 

  • High level of Microsoft skills, especially excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Good general administration skills
  • A collaborative attitude and able to work in a team as well as autonomously
  • Excellent time management and adaptability in juggling priorites
  • Effective communication and relationship building skills
