About the role
We are seeking a Corporate Partnership Coordinator to join the Corporate Partnerships team for 9 months. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Projects, Insights and Engagements and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:
- Provide administration, governance and CRM support, including reporting templates, team calendars, data entry, onboarding coordination, and maintaining internal resources (e.g. intranet pages)
- Support corporate engagement and volunteering by preparing materials and coordinating internal processes
- Manage external workplace giving platforms (e.g. Good2Give)
- Assist with partnership development tasks such as prospect research, preparing proposals and pitches
About you
You’re someone who enjoys collaborating across teams, managing details, and delivering high-quality work. You’re proactive, friendly, deadline-driven and great with people. You have:
- Experience in customer service and working collaboratively across teams.
- CRM experience and confidence working with budgets/expenditure.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in using data for insights.
- Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and work with a solutions focus.
