Corporate Partnership Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Partnership Coordinator to join the Corporate Partnerships team for 9 months. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Projects, Insights and Engagements and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:

• Provide administration, governance and CRM support, including reporting templates, team calendars, data entry, onboarding coordination, and maintaining internal resources (e.g. intranet pages)
• Support corporate engagement and volunteering by preparing materials and coordinating internal processes
• Manage external workplace giving platforms (e.g. Good2Give)
• Assist with partnership development tasks such as prospect research, preparing proposals and pitches

About you

You’re someone who enjoys collaborating across teams, managing details, and delivering high-quality work. You’re proactive, friendly, deadline-driven and great with people. You have:

• Experience in customer service and working collaboratively across teams.
• CRM experience and confidence working with budgets/expenditure.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in using data for insights.
• Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and work with a solutions focus.
