About the role

 

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. As an AI Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. Reporting to the Group Manager, Data & AI, you will:

 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints in the project.
  • Act as a liaison between the organisation and external vendors, ensuring regular communication and that vendors meet organisational standards.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all activities within the D&T team (Cyber/Cloud/Data/Program management).
  • Provide external vendors with necessary data, ensuring it is collected, processed, de-identified, and in a usable format.
  • Assist in data validation and quality checks including monitoring and evaluating the performance of AI models, providing feedback for improvements.

 

 

About you

 

As well as passion for community, you will bring the following: 

 

  • A Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field and experience in data analysis and machine learning
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform tools
  • Confident communicator and facilitator with experience delivering training or upskilling sessions
  • Ability to identify and frame practical use cases for AI and automation in business contexts
  • Passion for technology with a commitment to ethical and inclusive adoption
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
